1 dead, several injured in shooting in Israel ahead of Hamas attack anniversary

At least one person was killed, and several others were injured in a suspected terror attack in southern Israeli city of Beersheba on Sunday.
According to The Times of Israel, in one victim in Beersheba’s central bus station terror attack—who was in critical condition and was being treated at the scene—succumbed to her wounds, while eight others are being taken to nearby hospital.
The suspected assailant who carried out the attack was shot dead. Police are investigating whether the attack involved both stabbing and gunfire by the terrorist.
